There comes a time in everyone's life when you reach a point where you just need a break from your real life. Many find their happy outlets in the form of crafting, fishing, or even daily walks.

For a man named Leo Kellner, it's baking that brings him the greatest feelings of peace.

The 98-year-old man from Nebraska lost his beloved wife of 72 years in 2012 due to complications with dementia. Since her passing, he has struggled with processing his emotions.

"I didn't know what to do with myself," Kellner told TODAY in an interview. "I was moaning and moping, and I said, 'I've got to have something to do,' and that's how it started."
