Man Accused Of Feeding Small Lap Dog To 2 Pit Bulls

In a small neighborhood in Albuquerque, N.M. a neighbor went on a terrorizing rampage. 

30-year-old Marvin Riley has been accused of feeding his neighbor's Shih Tzu, Charlie, to another neighbor's two pit bulls.

When questioned why he would do such a horrific thing he simply replied, "it's just something I do."

Police officers were called to the scene and Riley was arrested. He is now facing criminal felony charges for animal cruelty. 

This has left the neighborhood in a state of shock and bewilderment as the attack was not provoked. 

We don't understand how anyone could be so cruel and inhumane. Remember, always be kind to animals and rescue those you can!
