After Being Chained OUTSIDE For 15 YEARS, This Lovable Pup's Rescuers Find Him A FOREVER HOME! [VIDEO]

Bear is a lovable black lab mix who melts the hearts of anyone who meets him. 

However, Bear has had a rough go of things up until recently. 

Bear's former owner had allegedly kept the poor pup chained up outside for 15 years! 

When Bear's owner called a local animal rescue organization called "Guardians of Rescue" to see if she could get a dog house for Bear, the Guardians wound up at her doorstep. 

Hearing that Bear had been outside with a 35 pound chain around his neck for 15 years, the Guardians convinced the owner that it would be better for Bear to come with them. 

Cutting the chain that Bear had worn all his life, the Guardians declared, "YOU'RE FREE!" 

The Guardians, who look intimidating but are softies at heart, immediately took Bear for his first beach visit ever! 

News of Bear's story and rescue soon spread, and Bear and his rescuers were invited to "Good Morning America" so the world could meet this sweet pup! 

After his television appearance many people called in to adopt Bear; he is now living in his FOREVER HOME with his new owner Kerrie! 

Bear is now roaming around INSIDE his new home surrounded by all the love and affection he so richly deserves!
